Roosevelt Place Assisted
Living was developed by
The
Lawand Family
in the
Year 2000. We are
privately owned and operated.
Janet Lawand's
desire was to honor her late husband's memory
by developing his life-long dream of
a planned Assisted Living Community to care
for the elderly and to provide a
special, secured unit for Alzheimer's Residents.
Acreage
for this development was purchased many years ago by Mr. Lawand with this thought in mind. With four children to raise and educate, Janet wanted to
continue living in Meriwether
County, Warm Springs, Georgia, to raise her children
on the land and in the community that her late
husband had loved so much.

consists of
25
resident rooms with private baths, lovely spacious dining room, separate
living room, activity room, a spectacular front porch, solarium, patio, and Much
More. Independent Assisted Living is separate from the Secured Alzheimer's Unit.
